Will The Real Keith Wick Please Stand Up

Keith and I don’t get to shoot each other that often so when we have some free time we like to test out new lighting techniques. On the photos below we used a Alien Bee B800 and a Foldable softbox in our studio.  Alien Bees are amazing they are priced right and really are work horses. For some reason I am having trouble syncing my Canon 5D with my mac so we spent some time trying to get that to work. On a side note I never really belived all the hype about the high ISO on the new Canons till I bought the 5D and boy was I wrong. I can shoot at 1600 iso and still get  a great shot. WOW !!!!!! . Hope things are well

Engagement | Amy & Joe

We have been getting biblical rains here on the East Coast the last month and 1/2. Because of this, scheduling engagement shoots has been hard to manage. This was the case with a great couple, Amy & Joe. Joe is an Assistant Chief at a local Fire Department and Amy is an EMT. We were finally able to schedule their engagement shots one week before their wedding.

We love hearing how couples meet. Amy and Joe’s story was no exception. Looking back on their lives, they have so many mutual friends that it was surprising they hadn’t met earlier. But there is a right time for everything…. case in point…

The Schwartz was with us…

We recently had the opportunity to meet up with a friend of ours for a little photo session. His new gangsta rap album is about to drop and we took the time we had to work on some promo shots. Here are a few from our session together. What do you think?

Matt & Rachelle Round 2

What more can we say about this couple. It was a blast to photograph them. We started the day at Fire Island Light House and slowly made our way to the beach.  On the way home we saw an abandoned church and decided to get out and take a few shots. I am really glad we stopped because Keith got some amazing TS shots. Their wedding is in October and its going to be a blast.   To keep up to date with what we are doing follow us on twitter.
